being fair? tumblr seems to be behaving mildly better after i started this post. unfortunately i have a little over three hundred posts there. i've tried to ask for better treatment from their platform and would be happy to see them succeed and become profitable (sustainable). don't see it happening as yet.

just accepting funds from our government incurs additional liability. failing to use those funds appropriately or worse using those funds to support criminal activity would have potential, legal consequences just because of their source. swearing an oath of office in america acknowledges an acceptance of the public's trust and liability under the law if that trust is violated. an oath of office does not confer immunity, not within america's jurisdiction.
