rights enumerated and unenumerated are provided for by our constitution.

the "rule of law" is the basis for the magna carta.

your prepared statement in full:

judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/2023-03-01 - Testimony - Garland.pdf

 "In the wake of Watergate,
Attorneys General Edward Levi, Griffin Bell, and Benjamin Civiletti developed and formalized
guidelines to ensure the Department’s adherence to the rule of law and to restore public
confidence in its work."

[ while looking for a transcript of his public testimony before the senate, found no mention of the words "classified", "documents", "insurrection", or "overthrow"  anywhere in the prepared statement above. ]

did find:

"Upholding the rule of law includes protecting our country’s democratic institutions. The
Justice Department’s investigation into the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol is one of the
largest and most expansive investigations in our history. So far, that investigation has resulted in
the arrest of more than 985 defendants for their alleged roles in the attack. We have secured
convictions for a wide range of criminal conduct on January 6 as well as in the days and weeks
leading up to the attack. Our work is not over."

you couldn't be more correct?
