so, three more?  o.k..

not really worried about artificial intelligence.  o.k., i've seen some computer assisted artwork and video.  haven't seen evidence of image recognition becoming useful to the point where i find it meaningful for narrative purpose yet.

there is a reason that the main page title has the subheading "broken blogspot...".  i added that when resizing videos in blogger's "compose view" editor glitched.  subsequently, the warning about age appropriate for viewing (this blog) broke.  when i first started posting here i put up an intro explaining that the material here was intended for adults.  i had to take that down because after it broke clicking accept wouldn't load the site.  removing it restored access.  much of what i post here are videos from youtube.  they do offer the option of turning "restricted mode" on for your browser or on their youtube app.

i would list this blog as appropriate for ages 17+.  there's a lot of political material and other content that as a movie i would give an "R" rating.

obvious why i'm writing this?  i grew up in texas.   i remember bill hicks even if i never saw his stand up in person.  i never saw what i now think was his last performance without the internet.  that show did not go well.  he completely lost it.  his actual last show was at igby's in november of 1993.  not long after that he died of pancreatic cancer.  if you're curious there was a documentary about him called it's just a ride.  his material isn't always pleasant and is occasionally very offensive.  not all stand up comedy is polite and a fair amount of it certainly wouldn't be appropriate for all ages or polite conversation.

[to reiterate] much of what i post here isn't going to be acceptable in the workplace, but (in my opinion) wouldn't be out of place in an "R" rated movie.  use your best judgement online.
