how did iran become a nuclear world power?  the americans gave them a reactor.  radioactive material is hostile to life.  any study or use of radioactivity will always be a severe example of industrial safety concerns.

💡

yes, americans gave nuclear technology to iran.  not this relatively happy american, but americans did that nonetheless.  iran-nuclear-weapons-eisenhower-atoms-for-peace

do you know why i said that i was probably the last person you should have defrauded?

it's a figure of speech and a bit of a joke.  i've been publishing online (on and off) for over twenty-five years.  misrepresenting viewership of my work online will be seen by a fairly large audience.  when i started my first webpage in the nineties (short video reviews because i rarely agreed with the ad copy on vhs tapes) there wasn't much competition.  funny how you thought nobody would notice your very public fraud.  in the 2000's i just published music.  in the 2010's i started blogging and kept publishing music.  misrepresented everywhere, the whole time.  even if a government or governments were involved that wouldn't make it legal, not in america's jurisdiction.  you really should have considered how public this is.

trump's legal concerns were never with criminal courts until after he left the Presidency (at least as far as i have checked).  today they are simply part of current events.  from his recent civil case (and for more than one of his criminal cases) the question of falsification pertains.  that's not wire fraud though.  there was this supreme court case that touched on charges of wire fraud.  that's where i wound up reading the statute.  twenty years is one of the longer sentences possible (per count), even for a felony conviction.  maybe for you having an audience for your ongoing deceptive practices isn't a positive.

government employment won't obviate your liability either.  if you commit a crime while working for the government in america that allows for additional legal consequences relating to a betrayal of our public's trust.  ask a lawyer.  they take on a number of extra liabilities by being officers of our courts whether they practice case law or not.

anyway, the last part of the joke is that this isn't just about me.  just ripping me off wouldn't ever have been enough money.  not that any amount would make the certainty of being caught whenever the authorities please worth it.  pretty glad it's not my responsibility to address.  i prefer the whole music production and publication concern anyway.

no.  no, i don't regret eventually looking up why george w. bush saying "rule of law" mildly bothered me.  our courts and officials have responsibility and limited authority to meet their responsibilities because of our country's constitution.  i knew we live in a constitutional democracy.  i didn't know what a fucking british retelling of an ancient greek fairy tale had to do with anything.  still don't know what you mean by it.  were you trying to say "might makes right" because you're dumb enough to believe that too?

why don't you be nicer to your scottish, irish, and british friends.  after all they don't even have a constitution for some dipshit to violate.

updating 10/23:
as to why voters and residents might feel disinterested or even disaffected?
it's not really a question of not feeling represented well or at all.  that problem remains a constant and isn't but rarely addressed.  so many public officials are simply abhorrent.  treating the unacceptable as common practice doesn't make sense unless as misdirection.  given how little work, even work administrative in nature, these representatives actually do their openly harmful statements and practice remain an uninteresting distraction.
