[d.c.'s home to over 700,000 people.  if you include the "metro area" that's easily adding 5 million more.  should be a fun show.  celebrating 50 years of hip hop in october, in d.c., should see a pretty good turnout for a free concert (especially after ~ three years of a national epidemic).  understandably though, a free concert might not keep up a website for a month and a half before the show.]
