with biden using trump to encourage financial participation in the 2024 contest how couldn't anyone understand disinterest and apathy?  really not much different from 2016?

if you have the opportunity do read the constitution.  if you get nothing else from it, reading it might prepare you for when you would need a lawyer to represent your rights.  did read a couple of articles about a recent court decision restricting the biden administration's influence over social media.  the alternative to that polite influence may very well become the department of justice seeking remedies in our courts for harm done to the public by misinformation or fraud.  following recent, record judgements against harm done online consideration of others could be immediately more important soon even if the federal government does not litigate to protect the public.

don't try to speak for me.  did the best i could with this and am not sure what i think of it.  depending on what happens with sag-aftra's negotiations i might quit for a while.  i agree that it's unreasonable to expect anyone to work at an unsustainable living, have other things to do anyway.

[yes, for you the "rule of law" might be mostly bullshit.  for people in england it's the basis for the only legal rights they have.  so when merrick garland starts with some horse hockey about how the rule of law founded our country he's either unimaginably cruel and uninformative or he actually believes it by now.]
