strange that a federal court of appeals seeks to restrict the authority of congress to investigate trump's financial records when congress is considered a court second only to the supreme court in authority as congress busies itself investigating trump's possible involvement in a violent and nonviolent seditious attack on our country's electoral process. with what's been made public a preponderance of the evidence, if not evidence proving beyond a reasonable doubt, seems possibly met with either qualification being well beyond the standard for evidence required to request warrants from a court to pursue any investigation. seems odd.
