never been bored enough to read the constitution?

doonesbury put it out as a sunday strip when i was a teenager.  every so often i reread it.  over time, gradually it makes sense.  as amended it's not a document in conflict with itself.  my advice?  take breaks and return to reading it when interested.

if you're a victim of the poor quality of education in america, maybe remember that you're allowed to have the source material in front of you for reference.

because you've been waiting for it... the end of absurd and legendary bad behavior from nine treasonous members of our supreme court.

unsupported by and unsupportable under our country's constitution the bad argument of separate sovereignty should never have been allowed to stand.

[today, in june of 2022 seven sitting justices already failed to recognize our country's constitution over that bad argument.]

[except, that in  both of gamble's cases there was only one offense argued as protected from being twice prosecuted.  also, there have never been multiple sovereigns within america's jurisdiction under our constitution.  the bad argument failed twice in 2018.]

the treasonous acceptance of a bad argument over our constitution's fifth amendment, in clear defiance of our country, should result in seven of nine sitting supreme court justices being held to account through legal recourse for their criminal violation of their oaths.

in 'dobbs v jackson', five members of the supreme court failed to recognize the rights of half of the people in the united states to receive medical care that they consent to receive.

that failure to recognize rights enumerated as unenumerated should result in five of nine sitting supreme court justices being held to account through legal recourse for their criminal violation of their oaths.

before ketanji brown jackson takes her seat as a justice, all nine sitting justices should be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows for their brazenly illiterate disrespect for our country and our country's constitution.

[sure isn't difficult to understand where the two grand juries required should start immediately.

note:  just pointing out the legal liability that our supreme court faces for their willful disrespect for the rights of persons in our country.  to be held accountable for their words and actions, they deserve their day in court.
